Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within a time frame of 24 hrs. We make sure orders are collected by delivery agent the very next working day.

Deliver Lead Time

In UAE all orders will be delivered in 2 - 3 Business days. 

All Middle East deliveries will be done in 3 - 5 business days either by Land or Air Freight

All Europe & US deliveries will be done in 4 - 6 business days by Air Freight

1. Is COD Payment available for orders?Yes, currently only available for UAE delivery orders since our operations are mainly based in UAE. You can opt for COD payment during checkout. But we encourage customers to make use of direct payment by Cards available in Checkout.
2. All Deliveries are Door to Door? Yes, we ensure all our deliveries are Door to Door Unless, * The customer is not available to receive the order on spot* Delivery locations are very rural area where delivery companies don't serve Door delivery. In that cases customers need to coordinate with delivery companies' communication. Anyhow, after checkout we Hebe Fashions, will contact customer for any clarification on delivery location.
3. What if person not available in location to receive delivery?If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery for another 2 or 3 consecutive days. Later it will be returned back to us. In this case, customer is pure liable for not receiving & sharing improper delivery details and payment for the order will not be paid back to cover the return costs. 
4. How to track my order? Tracking details will be communicated to customers with shipment receipt. 

5. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

   No, but you can pick up your order from our delivery partner’s office if you wish. Simply ask them to hold your order at their office when they contact you before delivery.
